As Service Manager you will be responsible for ensuring Students' educational success and satisfaction with their English course through excellent teaching and customer service. You will lead a highly qualified, service oriented team of teachers and customer service staff. Leadership tasks include budget control, quality control and day-to-day running of center service operations. Key Human Resources responsibilities involve staff selection, training, observation, evaluation, motivation and professional development. Additionally, the position involves teaching your own classes. You will also play an important role in the growth and development of the center in conjunction with the Center Director.
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree
Two Years Teaching Experience
Native English Speaker
Leadership, interpersonal skills and organizational skills
As Personal Tutor you will take an active role in ensuring Students' educational success and satisfaction with their English course through excellent teaching and customer service. You will be a key player on a team of local and native English teachers. You main role is the mentoring and tutoring students as they progress through the Wall Street Institute learning method. You will help Students reach these objectives by providing motivation and feedback during the learning process and following up on Students throughout their course.
Requirements:
Excellent level of English (Cambridge Proficiency) or higher
University Degree in English (or studying for one)
Experience living in an English speaking country preferred
Teaching/Tutoring Experience
Interpersonal skills
Friendly, outgoing and enthusiastic
Native or Excellent level of the local language(s)
As a Receptionist you will take an active role in ensuring Students' educational success and satisfaction with their English course through excellent customer service and management of courses. You will be a key player on a multicultural team and contribute to providing your Students with an all-English experience. At the heart of center communications, you will interact with current and prospective Students in person and on the telephone. You will be the "face of the center" forming the first line of personal contact and friendly service with existing and prospective students.
Requirements:
Good level of communicative English (First Certificate)
As Center Director you will be responsible for maintaining and developing the center's business and operational success. You will lead and manage a multi-cultural sales and service team effectively towards meeting and exceeding prescribed sales and operational goals. This will mean leading, motivating, training and inspiring your team and creating a work environment that encourages teamwork, commitment and success. Additionally, you will be the Sales Team Leader providing day-to-day mentoring and oversight.

Bachelor degree
Sales (5 years +) and sales management (2 years +) experience
Strong leadership skills
Keen interest in and commitment to education and training
Strong communication skills
Good level of English required or higher
Strong knowledge of local business customs
Near-native level of local language(s) proficiency
As Sales Consultant you will be a key player on a multi-cultural team, with direct influence on the commercial success of the center. You will provide professional and customized consultations to prospective students as well as superior customer service to your clients. On a day-to-day basis you will sell Wall Street Institute courses to new prospects and renewal courses to existing students. Success will be measured not only in achieving and exceeding sales targets, but also in post-sale follow-up with your students.
